Hello
Hi my name is Brian Carter and I have a new 68 383-S 4 speed with 88,000 original
miles!
I bought it this weekend in CO. I don't have all the numbers checked
out, but as far as I know from the owner it is all original.
It is a dark green colored car. I would like to put my pictures on the website as soon as
I get them developed. Feel free to contact me.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
My fish is a 1968 383-S with a 4speed. She has 88,000 original miles, green in color and green interior with wood grain trim. As far as I can tell with decoding the VIN# and the Fender tag, she is all original except the paint is a shade off, the rims and tires, stereo, distributor, and I think from the codes that she should have stripes on her.
The rims are the big bolt pattern but rotors and drums are original. It has 1" spacers to make them fit. She also has chrome valve covers. She has a 3.23 rear ratio/single trac and a tach. I do have the original distributor and radio.
I don't know much about her history but the last owner bought it from two friends who originally bought the car together in Nevada. It was special ordered, but I can't see what the options are that would have made it a special order car.
I have driven it since I bought it and she is fast!!! My plans are to show her, being she IS one of a kind! All in all, I think she is in exceptional condition. Easy a class 3- borderline 2. Well, here are the pictures. If anyone is interested in talking to me tell them to feel free to E-mail me.
Thanks Brian Carter
